New Directions Counseling Services provides counseling on a variety of days and times, please contact your counselor directly for their schedule for services. Our fee for Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling services in Columbus Ohio is $55.00 per 50 minute session. Our fee for mental health/substance abuse assessment is $110.00. We currently accept cash, check, or money order for services, but we do not accept insurance for payment. Our self-pay policy provides for lower service rates, treatment flexibility and a heightened level of confidentiality.
Payment is due at the time of service. Sessions canceled less than 16 hours before the scheduled time will be billed at the full rate. We wish for you to receive optimum benefit from the counseling process, so it is imperative that sessions begin on time. Please make checks and money orders payable to New Directions Counseling Services. Please download the following forms, fill out and bring to your first session. Your counselor can mail these documents to you if you wish.
